RMS and E-commerce

I have a very basic question - we are using v2.0 of the RMS. I had a developer create an XML formatted file of an internet order from our e-commerce software on the webserver. There will be a semi-manual process to move that xml file from the server to my local computer to be processed by the POS - but when I try the CTRL + SHIFT + F10 it is looking for a server to connect to - am I missing somehting basic for this functionality. I thought I would be ready to import these online orders once I had this formatted XML file

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Thanks for the reply - I have no trouble getting it from the server to local computer - but not sure what to do with it now - when i do that keystroke - is looking for a server to connect to - not sure how to configure it... seems that I have to load that data manually into the Exchange db like you said, but cant find any help on how/where to do it...

we have a rms integrated solution that readily takes a preformatted XML to the Exchaneg table and from there you can do Ctrl + Shift + F10 and process order in POS.

In addition to this we have a full blown add on that downloads orders from Yahoo Merchant Services.
