Does anyone know of a report that could be used for a year in review with a snapshot look of quantity sold for a given date range, quantity on hand, and then a quantity on order?

Dear Steve, I think what you are looking is not avaiablle and you need to develop in Crystal report or Active Reports. What available right now is that you will get the Qty Sold for given date but on hand for specific date is not availbale this you can accomplish by developing the report and then integrate it with RMS.
