Hi, As far as I know it isn't and I'm not sure of any plans. Your best bet is to contact Heidi at Tri-City Retail and she'll let you know. Any reason why you'd go for Point of Sale over Retail Management?

I know this is a tad late, but I am using MS POS in Canada, bought from Best Buy (best price)... and I have not had any issues. During the install it does not let you select a Canadian province, but after the install is completed you can fix that.
