I need to change suppliers of hundreds of items.
I tried to using the free import utility to overwrite the suppliers but it does not allow me to overwrite the existing suppliers. I think this is the case since the import tool does not consider "supplier code" when importing inventory file.
Are they any other ways?

Can you please be more specific as to what the exact change that is required. An example would be great.
There are about 500 items under "Supplier A".
I would like to arrange 200 out of 500 items to be under "Supplier B" (already existing).
From searching this forum, I found sql query to move ALL items under "Supplier A" to "Supplier B". I only want to move selected portion of items under "Supplier A". This seems very time consuming to perform item by item.
