SELLING KEG BEER USING RMS?

In California, we have to record everyone's information whom is renting a keg. Also you need to key in a ILC/UPC because I do not believe they have ILC/UPC codes on the kegs. Also I would need to take down a deposit for the actual keg...unless it was exchanged, plus a deposit for the tap (along with a rental fee)! Does anyone have any ideas of how to do any if not all of this? Please explain! Would you create your own ILC/UPC for each keg? What exactly would you do???

We use quick capture to get the customers info. This is done by swiping the customers drivers license. Each keg (Coors, A-B) already has a barcode. If the keg doesn't have a barcode we create one. The kegs have a tag-a-long item of a $30 deposit. For the taps and tubs we rent each one has it's own code, again with a tag-along of a $25 or $35 deposit. The description for the actual keg is "$30 FULL KEG DEPOSIT" When a customer returns an empty keg we have a seperate code for "$30 EMPTY KEG DEPOSIT" Hope this gives you some idead of how we do this.
