I have my database of customers in QuickBooks 2003 and would like to take just the client information (name, phone, address) and have it in RMS. Is there a way of converting from QuickBooks to Excel and then to RMS...Any suggests would be appreciated.

You _could_ do it this way, but its easier if you tell RMS that you are using QB and then import directly.
Open your QuickBooks program and minimize it.
SO Manager | File | Configuration | Accounting | select QB 2003 (last one in list) | select the Retrieve button in RMS | allow it
SO Manager | Utilities | Import QuickBooks and only select the Customers checkbox.
