Can anyone tell me an effective way to print label to my CS AdvantageLX (same as the Zebra, I believe) from Access or VB? I need to do this in the warehouse and can't get it right! Thanks, guys and gals.

I think what you have is a Cognitive Blaster Advantage, but I may be wrong. If so, it is NOT the same as a zebra...
Zebra and Cognitive printers can both use Generic/Text print drivers and a text based formatting language, but the languages are different. You need to figure out exactly what you have, then download the programmer's guide from the appropriate manufacturer.
Both Zebra & Cognitive also have their own Windows drivers that would allow you to print just like you would from any other printer - you would need to format the output, then call a print method. You could do this from Access' Report function for example.

Thanks, Glenn. I got as far as making a small report with a barcode on it that prints, but is procedded with a blank label. I really wish I could figure out how to send straight text to the printer the way RMS does. It's soooo much better!
