Last Ordered field in Inventory Tab

I have an item in my inventory that shows the date it was last ordered was on 12/12/2007.

When I tried to pull a list of Purchase Orders for this date, none come up. I checked Transfer orders for this date, and none come up.

Does the "Last Ordered " field in the Inventory tab for a particular item refer specifically to the date the Purchase Order was placed, or does it refer to some other date? I checked in my manual and it says the "Last Ordered" refers to the last tiem the item was ordered.

Well, if I can't find any POs or transfer reports for this date, how am I supposed to know if this item was actually ordered on this date? Is there any other date field in the system that this field could be referencing?

I'm using RMS 2.0.

Hi, Jeff, I chose to show all POs for that date, open, partial and closed.

So, I'm guessing that the date field in the PO screen is referring to last updated date, instead of the actual date the PO was placed.

And, I'm guessing that the Date Last Ordered field in the Inventory tab for a particular item is referrring to the date the PO was placed.

Therefore, I won't be able to find a PO for a particular item based on the Date Last Ordered field in the Inventory tab.

I can't seem to find another way around it short of calling up all POs related to the supplier I order from, and search through those and check the date placed on each one.
