Memorized reports

Hi Folks

Where do Memorized Reports get saved? I would like to copy them to several workstations..

Dan

All reports are saved in RMS | Reports. Default reports just have the report name, Memorized reports have 'Memorized' in front of the report name, and Custom reports have 'Custom' in front of them. Memorized reports are made by running a report and saving it. Custom reports are made by opening the report file with notepad, making changes to suit your needs, and then renaming the report with 'Custom - yourreportname.grp' Craig

Rather than copying the memorized reports to your workstations, do this. On the PC where you create reports the most, share the folder Program Files, Microsoft Retail Management System using a short name such as MRMS. Remember to include read/write access. On your workstations run Store Operations Administrator, File, Configuration, Paths, Reports. Click the magnifying lens and locate the shared MRMS folder on the network and point to the Store Operations, Reports sub-folder within. Now all memorized reports created on any station can be shared with any other station.
