I have installed the RMS Manager and Administrator applications from the CD on a new PC, however, I can no longer access my memorized reports that I was using on my old PC. Is there a way for me to access or transfer those old memorized reports from my old PC to my new one?

Look in SO Administrator, File/Configuration. There's a Tab labeled "Paths" - you can either share the Reports directory on your old machine and point to it from the new one, or you can just copy the files over.
