Just completed an install of HQ 1.3r Manager on a PC. When the user signs in and attempts to access some of the menu options that her security level is SUPPOSED to let her access the choices are grayed out (such as Custom Reports). I myself have full access and I am also unable to access the Custom Reports.
Has any one else had this problem and, if so, can someone steer me in the direction of finding a solution?
