HQ 1.3r Menu Options Grayed Out - HELP Please

Just completed an install of HQ 1.3r Manager on a PC. When the user signs in and attempts to access some of the menu options that her security level is SUPPOSED to let her access the choices are grayed out (such as Custom Reports). I myself have full access and I am also unable to access the Custom Reports.

Has any one else had this problem and, if so, can someone steer me in the direction of finding a solution?

Regarding the Custom Reports section, these only display as accessible when their custom reports are installed to:

Local C> Program Files> MS Retail Mgmt Systems> Headquarters> Reports.

Do you have custom reports installed there that are not accessible in HQ? Also, custom and Memorized reports must be installed on each machine running RMS (i.e. they do not 'share' out from the server to the local install).

What other menu options are blocked for yuor user?

Thanks Jocelyn ... I've done numerous HQ installs before and yes, there are custom reports in the correct folder. This machine is the only one I've ever had this problem with. And, even with MY access (I'm the Admin) I still see some greyed-out options - such as Custom Reports; Inventory Wizard; just to name a few. Just thought that someone else might have run up against this problem at some time.

We do have an issue running 1.3.0203 with our HQ where if we set tiered security (meaning using the sec levels plus the Ctlr+S and Ctrl+Alt+S functions). I have these levels set up on stores w/out issue, but I remember when doing so in HQ, I lost abilities that should have been available at the levels. I had to remove all and only use the menu security on the cashier. I just figured it was our version. I will try again this am and see what I get here.
