RMS 2.0 - Reports Menu - Custom (grayed out)

Simply you do not have any custom reports in your Reports folder. That is why it is greyed. If you took any report and changed the start to be "Custom - " and restarted Manager you will notice Custom will no longer be greyed out.

First you will need to make a copy of the Detail Sales report. Change the beginning of the report file to read as I stated below. "Custom - ..(report name).." Then you will need to open the report using Notepad and add a new column with a CASE statement using the following Item Type values.

You will need to make sure the column settings are set accordingly. ColHidden = False ColNotDisplayable = False FilterDisabled = False

Save the file and restart Manager.

What type of error? And just to clarify in case it is a typo the file extension is .qrp as in Quebec.
