custom reports

For Crystal Report files, add them to the \Program Files\Microsoft Retail...\Store Operations\CrystalReports folder. Remember no support for syntax or commands newer than CR version 8.5

For custom quick reports \Program Files\Microsoft Retail...\Store Operations\Reports folder. They must be properly named. Custom - .qrp. Be sure to add a space before and after the dash.

Also the reports won't be available until after you exit and re-enter SO Manager

Dunno, but most of this info is available on the CustomerSource website. If you have purchased MS' annual Maintenance plan, then you have access to it, along with all updates for the year, the online Knowledge Base, Reports library, etc. For example, version 1.3 is shipping via carrier pigeon, I think, right now.

Over here in Oz the channel is looked after quite well. (Not by M$ direct).

But Im lookingaround and seeing the competition products getting alot better... I look at my road map and go... yep... shoudl I start lying?

Being as it came from Fargo, they probably have to use dog sleds!! ;-D

It looks like the package hit all of the hot spots of the US;

Fargo, ND, to Billings MT, to Casper, WY, to Salt Lake City, UT and finally here to Vegas. I think they all have had snow in the last week 'cept us, its just COLD here, mid 50's!! ;-)

Just the opposite here. TD is about 2-3% cheaper.

Just looked, BlueStar has 3 offices up in the frozen North, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Never bought from them, but some resellers seem to like them.
