In POS 2.0 Under Reports the Custom is Greyed out

You can open current reports in Notepad. ( you can find your report files in your RMS folders) you can change and modify any reports. When you save them you need to save them as "Custom - reportname.qrp"

1. Open a report (say Customer List). 2. Make some changes on the report 3. Click Save Settings as Custom Report 4. Enter a report name and save. 5. The custom option is no longer greyed out. Now you can open the new custom report by clicking the custom option.

If you want to do more than that, please use File Center to create a custom report.
