We have Microsoft RMS 2.0 and at one of our store locations when entering a new customer profile the email information is grayed out.
Any help would be appreciated.

have you checked the security settings for that field??
Search the help file. There is good documentation.
Search for "Security Overview"
Did you try to exit and re-start the application?
There once was a bug regarding Kits that disabled some fields and one of the only ways to re-enable editing of the fields was to exit and re-start the application.
From Store Operations Administrator, connect to your database and:
- back it up (Database-backup)
- check it (Database-check)
- re-index it (Database-reindex)
