I would like to be able to email invoices & statements to customers. Postage is too expensive. We are still using RMS 1.2 Has anyone done this??? If so, any help is appreciated.

Dan, We have a tool called Retail Emailer that emails out copies of receipts (invoices). As far as Account Statements, we'd need discuss what the options would be. If you are interested please contact Rick Feuling from my company at snipped-for-privacy@rite.us or give us a call at 1-888-267-RITE.

Hello Dan. It seems that the responces you have received on this issue deal with other things rather than using RMS. Here is what I sugest you try.
- Pull up the invoice
- Go to print & choose print to PDF
- Save this to the deskt> Even better than the MDI format print to PDF files and email for free: >
