Not unless you go with some sort of add in. Most of our customers print to a PDF and send it as an attachment.
If you are running MS Outlook as your default mail handler you can email an invoice straight from RMS. I send them to vendors in HTML and XML no problem. Outlook Express does not work, it will not handle the file extension created by RMS.

Forgot the actual 'how' part.
Open a PO to EDIT. Click the EXPORT button at the bottom and choose email in the first dropdown. Choose a format in the 2nd dropdown.
