Quantity Discrepancy

Dear All,

One of our customer having RMS 2.0 HQ+5 stores, he is facing Quantity Discrepancy between HQ & one store and this happen allways whenever we cleare it it happens again in short intervals, Is this normal? Any idea will be appreciated,
