HQ Client Connections - Please help!

Has anyone figure this out? I have 2 stores and my HQ is on my laptop which I connect from different IP addresses. I use Netgear FVS 114 at Store #1. I first connect via VPN (Netgear Client) then I have to ping the ip address of the target machine which has SO database. HQ Client at Store #1 has my laptop's Server Name "HQLAPTOP" in the HQ Server configuration. It connects and everything is fine. The problem is Store #2. Store #2 has Netgear FVS

318 which is basically the same. I can connect VPN fine. I ping the target machine and it responds. But HQ Client does not connect with the Server Name like before. I have to call the store to type in the IP address of my laptop which changes everytime I am mobile. Both connections at stores are DSL and VPNs are set up identical. NetBIOS is enabled.

I know many of you say I should just type IP address. But I travel often and I cannot call 2am when I am in Europe.

Is it something I have to do at the VPN router? Or is it something in the Network Client Config? I assume there must be something I need to do at Store #2.

Help, please.

Try using a free dynamicdns.org account on the laptop then use that dns name for the hqclient instead of ip address.

I do use tzo.com for dynamic DNS service for each of store's gateways as they have dynamic IPs. I'll try using it for my hq lap top too.
