Microsoft RMS 2.0 SP2 Upgrade prevents login

After install SP2 to Microsoft RMS, and updating the Database. We are unable to login, and we were just setting up. Our database is loaded with many items, so it would be very time comsuming to start over. We were still using the default user name and password (1 and password). After the upgrade, the cashier is no longer recognized. What can we do to login again?

Try with a capitol "Password"

SP2 encrypts the password and makes it case-sensitive.
