Cannot log in after SP2

I just upgraded my RMS installation to SP2.

After the upgrade, when I tried to log into SOM I got a message that the databases was incompatible. I went into SOA and upgraded.

Now I cannot log into SOM. I get error 201 cashier not found or password incorrect.

I'm assuming this is some kind of idiosyncracy of RMS.

Can anyone explain how I can log in now?

Yes, KenVerburg is 100% correct. you are not correctly typing in your password with the correct upper/lower case. log in as somebody else and change your password, or you will need to run a sql script to change your password within the database.
