Hi All I make on work sheet 330:Inventory Transfer and send from warehouse to store A. work sheet process successfully and I make issued from warehouse but when I go to store A I find worksheet is empty(without items). Is there any one face this problem before?
Is there any way to adjust this problem?

Hi ,
It might be your items that you have put on WS:Style 330, that items are not found in your store (A).
Check those barcodes in Store A, in Items
If not found,try downloading the items to the store A using WS:Style 250 Update Inventory Items.
Items must be downloaded first before any shop could sell or make any transfers.
OR
What version are you using ?if it is 1.3R , the old release before any patches then you have to update it with the patch or better yet, talk to your MRMS reseller...

What version of MRMS are you using ? The last time I have problem like that is when upgrade MRMS 1.2V to 1.3R..Update your 1.3R with the latest patch..1006 patch..
To correct that is to reopen your Inventory Transfer Order thru a query or to make an adjustment in to that store a of yours.But patch must be install otherwise this problem will always be there.
Try calling your MRMS vendor.They know this problem very well!

I would re-index both HQ and SO(s). Then run a Check on all of them too. Backup first!!
SO or HQ Administrator | File | Connect | Database | Re-index | Database | Check
Also make sure that the transfer number is shorter than 17 digits (from memory, it might be 14 digits).
