Inventory Transfer Worksheet Issue

After establishing reorder points and restock levels to each of our items in all of our 16 stores, we are attempting to use this information when running a Style 330: Inventory Transfer worksheet to automatically generate store transfers from the warehouse, the store we use for distribution. In theory, this should bring all of items back up to the desired quantities that we have specified in the restock levels once the item has dropped below the reorder point. However, there is an issue. If the restock level for an item in one of our stores is higher than the quantity of that item in the warehouse (store used for distribution) it still transfers the quantity to meet the restock level even if there is 0 quantity of the item in the warehouse, thus creating negatives in the warehouse and skewing inventory in the stores. Is there a way to permit the worksheet to only transfer quantities that actually exist in the warehouse? I would think that would be the default setting, otherwise it defeats the purpose. Can anyone offer any solutions to this issue?
