I use my work orders for special orders. I need the customers phone # to print out on the work order receipt under the ship to address, how can I modify this or is there a modified template available??

Add this line;
Customer.HomeAddress.PhoneNumber
Under this line;
Customer.HomeAddress.CityStateZip
or if not printing the Home address;
Customer.ShipToAddress.CityStateZip

Damn. All of the lines wrapped in the post. In your receipt template, it needs to be on a single line.
Go to the Receipt Format propteries and change Show Customer Address to True.

ReceiptTemplates folder, by default: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates
Use Notepad to edit the file.
