Adding a Tip or Gratuity line on 40 Col Receipt

I need to have a "tip line" print on the receipt when printing a Work Order. I've tried adding the code in the XML template but it doesn't print on the receipt. Can anyone help me with the code and where to place the code? Thank you, Bob

If you have access to CustomerSource, click on the link, find the 40 Column with Gratuity Line Receipt and download it.
