I'm having a tough time finding study/training materials for Microsoft Retail Management Store Operations. I am wanting to become certified and have found a nearby testing center. Where can i find a COMPLETE training manual or some sort of online training? Thanks for any advice.

If you are a certified partner, you can order training materials from Element K Courseware.
If you aren't a partner, you may not be able to take the certification test; IIRC, Prometrics requires you to specify your VOICE ID when you register for MB5-537 and -538.
