First become a Registered Partner - you just have to sign up, there's no fee.
Then you'll need to take an exam at a testing center to become certified to sell RMS Store Operations. If you want to sell Headquarters, there is an additional exam.
Your first stop should be

- once you become a registered partner, you should be able to find the training and testing links you need to get RMS Certified. All of the "become a reseller" links seem to have been moved since I last looked for them, or I'd give you more direct links...
Thanks for your help Glenn. If you can find the direct links, pelase let me know. and one more question is... Do we have benefits with Microsoft certifications, such as MCP, MCSA, or MCSE to become a reseller?

No certifications are required to be a reseller and the RMS exams do not count toward any current certs. Of course, having certs (and especially the skills that go with them) will help you and your business in other ways.
