if u want to put non inventory items in say for example its labour. how do u put that in as non-inventory but be able to keep track of the sales? if we do it as an inventory item it always wants to know the stock. when actually there is no stock. If u dont understand I can try an explain a different way

I am not sure I understand. Non inventory items still get tracked as far as sales go, just not for inventory. So if you put Labor in as a non inventory item, and it costs $50.00, that $50.00 will go on your sales report. But it will not show on your inventory.
