Order Deposit Tracking - Jeff?

I came across an old post the other day while searching for a way to track the order/deposit history of a closed work order.

The subject "order deposit reporting".

One of the replies came from Jeff, with an attached report "Work Order Payment Report" that sounds like it's exactly what I'm looking for. Sadly, the report is no longer on any of the mail servers I subscribe to.

Jeff - would you mind re-posting or e-mailing that report?
