When we try to ring in an item that is unavailable RMS shows a screen with 3 options:
List Substitutes Accept Requested Back Order
The 'Accept Requested' button shows up disabled. Does anyone know how to enable it? Ours used to be enabled, I do not even know what made it disabled to be honest... Thanks
In Store Operations Manager do the following.
File, Configuration, Options tab, Item Options
Check to see if "Do not allow sale of items when out of stock" is ticked then the accept requested will be greyed out.
