Payment problem !

I have 2 stores running RMS 2.0

I was porcessing a payment at one store and POS appears to have crashed after I had tried to process a $600 cash payment.

The reciept printed, I can see it in the RMS SO manager reporting, I can see it in the Journal. However, I can not see the payment in Customer properties at that Store.

The account is correct in RMS HQ.

How can I correct this ?
