Headquarters manager or server crashing

Both microsoft and the partner that sold us HQ and RMS are saying a network connection error is not software, but the network. I accomodated and checked wiring, routers, modems, even changed database to run from different computer. All this began after we loaded HQ into the system. I have two stores. The one without HQ and HQ Server is not crashing. The store with HQ manager and server is crashing. Is this happening to anyone else? If so, would the removal of the hq server and hq manager help. yesterday, i only opened hq server twice, once in the am 7:30. We crashed near 8:30 and I opened it again at 1:30 and it crashed at 2:30. Please help before I sell RMS at my next garage sale. arik
