hi how can i remove or void a payment that was applied tothe wrong account thanaks in advance

You need to do an account adjustment. You will remove the payment from the wrong account, and then apply it to the correct account.
Be warned. Every time I've use the Adjustment feature it screws up my AR balances. I've been told by my partner not to use it, as it doesn't work the way it should.
