Support

Hi, I bought my RMS from Canadian Retail Solutions about 2 years ago, and regret it btw. Their support is horrible at best, but what I wanted to find out are some companies that provide support for RMS like creating certain reports, keeping us up to date with the current version, fixing small bugs we run into etc. Or do you guys think it would be cheaper and easier to get support directly from Microsoft?
