WE HAVE CUSTOMERS WHO WILL NOT PAY AN INVOICE WITHOUT A PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER AND/OR AN AUTHORIZED PERSONS SIGNATURE ON THE SALES RECEIPT. THERE IS CURRENTLY NO WAY TO ENFORCE THIS AT THE POS. WE NEED THIS AS A CUSTOMER OPTION.
Good suggestion. With RMS you cannot enforse authorized signers. It would be helpful to have the ability to assign a PO# to a signee or group of signees and then be able to bill and report on their purchases. This product needs to sync up w/ the way the real world works. And in the real world, POs are given by purchasing dpts. to regulate the purchases of their employees.
