How can we have Point of Sale default to quote instead of sale? For our particular business, we need to start with a quote, then check out inventory, and then it would become a sale.

The RR Store Utility has many features on of which is to define in what mode you want to have a specific register default to. This can be Quote, Layaway, or Work order. Additionally you can define that the register should remain logged or logged off after each transaction. So if you have 6 terminals each can behave differently.
