I have a nice new DELL machine and my TIPRO keyboard ready for a new till, i usually use Star TSP 700 receipt printers, and a basic 2 line POS display, i was wondering if any of you guys have suggestions of where i should go to get other hardware, which things work best with RMS, till drawers, barcode scanners etc...
I can see loads of places if i google for the parts, but who is competitive for pricing etc?

I don't have info on what you SHOULD buy, but I would caution against a Logic Controls pole display. Maybe you'll have some insight into this.
We've had one with our Dell for a year and it seems to be a constant source of trouble. Almost every day it stops working and we have to re-boot. I've had a tech work on it several times and it's fine when he leaves, but succumbs to whatever is affecting it within a day. The best guess is that it is being affected by something else that runs on that terminal, but he can't seem to figure out what. Right now it also scrolls at the slowest speed even thoiugh it's set at a higher speed. The driver has been re-loaded several times, but it always reverts back to problems.
Our Argox A200 label printer is terrific.
