it should be mailed to you. RMS was relased in Aug. How many lanes do you have and when does your RMS maintenace expire?
Your Parnter needs to request an upgrade through their Distributor. There will be a charge for the 1 year mandatory BREP (Business Ready Enhancement Plan) @ 16% of the retail cost. I just went through this with one of my clients and they received a credit for any unused portion of their AMP (Annual Maintenance Plan) for RMS.

You can already partially receive PO's in RMS, I do it all the time with no issues. I've used this software for 10 years and have always had that feature.
