Is it possible to import price updates from and xls or csv file?

Using the inventory wizard in manager does look as easy and have a set price in a csv file and importing that price. I don't want price rounding on the wizard. I want the price that I am importing. Can it import without rounding?
Is that possible?
What I receive from my suppliers each year is a xls file with the updated prices. I want to import the cost and price from the xls file. I would think this was standard operating practice. I don't mine purchasing an add-on if necessary.
