I am having problems importing a CSV file of products into Microsoft POS the import wizard hates the format and quits with a failed to import error. Do I need a special import utility to accomplish this?

Try to use the Retail Realm Import Utility [for new items and catalogues from suppliers].
Contcat our US office. The price is US$500 for import data and catalgue import.
