Hello, I am having troble importing customers from a CSV file in to RMS Store Ops 2.0. I have downloaded teh beta import utility and mapped the fields, ran it, it did it's thing, looked like it worked. But no customers appear. I checked the import utility and it seems to be for 1.2 and 1.3. Anyone know how to import customers into 2.0 from a CSV?

Ok, so I ran this on a 1.3 install with Manager open and it still did not populate the customers. I had my boss do it on his macine with a new, clean

I'm going to uninstall 2.0, install 1.3, import theWe have a sophesticated import Utility that does a lot more includes what you want but also allows you to do Catalogue import and more. If you want to try it let me know. In evalutation mode it brings in 5 records at a time but enough to prove to you whether it works or not. If interesetd let me know.
