Price doesn't show up in PO

For some reason when I make a PO from HQ I have to enter the Price of the Items every time. Is there some thing I can do to have it list the price in the PO with out my typing it in? I have noticed that the items all have a 'last cost' of $0.00 on each of them. How do I get HQ to track this?
