A customer is complaining that prices are changing randomly in Store Operations. They claim that when they edit an item database, the price of the item is sometimes changed, even though no one has changed it in the item database. This is in ver. 1.3. I have verified all of the computers are running the same version of Store Operations. Has anyone experienced this?

We experienced the same at our store. The problem was solved by installation of hotfix 1.3.1010. I'm assuming you mean when your staff is editing an item (not the customers).
This was a bug in 1.3R. It was resolved in version 1.3.1005
