Now , my Customer site is department Store and have below detail
- Used RMS 2.0
- Config store with utilize EAN code because one item have price xxx.xx (UPC is support max price xx.xx )
- Now, some supplier brand ( Item on clothing) have barcode as like EAN13 ex. 2010054020396
So , when I scan Item 2010054020396 on pos, can't show that item and not any error message
how should I do?
