Currently, there are setup options available in RMS that allows you to link the specific serial number of an item during receiving, during selling, curing customer returns, etc. However, when you generate a Physical Inventory, you cannot count an item per its serial number. Are there workarounds available? Thanks

We have done a S/N StockTake program but in practice we found th eusers do not use it. Problem is caused when a barcode is not there and another that was not supposed to be there is there and what action to take to corrcet this.

Have serial numbers. Must be inventoried on a regular basis. Serial number must be tracked to individual purchase.
