Hi Gill,
I gave it a fair crack but couldn't figure it out either. If no one else is able to help you you might conclude that RMS cannot do it and might need to write a crystal report.
Otherwise, I'm stumped, sorry.

It can be done. I've attached a No Sale Report that I created last year. It is possible to create a Cash Drop and Payout Report (using the DropPayout table), however I don't have the time to do it right now (no one has ever requested it for some reason).
