Reason Codes Regarding Returns

What can I look under in order to make an employee enter a reason code before the issue a return? I assume it's in SO Manager, Configuration...then what?

You're right, it is in the configuration. Choose options tab and reason code options. There are two choices, one that prompts for a reason code and one that requires a reason code.

Manager>Database>Reason codes

You first have to create the reason code on this screen.Then if I remember correctly you restarted each POS station and they take effect.

I have not tinkered to find which report to run to find where the reason codes are stored.
