I know that RMS looks up City and State by Zip, if an address containing that Zip has already been entered once. I wanted to know if anybody knows of a way to link up RMS to an external or an imported Zip database.

Without an add-in, the only thing I can think of is to Import a customer record for each Zip in the external database. I wouldn't recommend doing that however as if will inflate the size of your database and increase the load and search times for the Customer List - if you do this anyway, I'd select "Always use Find for customers"...
