I know somebody posted something about this time ago. Something about an application, which allows to run other apps as a service on a Windows Server.
I want to have HQServer running even without starting a user session on that server machine!

Our friends at M$ provide a little utility called - srvany. It allows application exe's to run at a service - but bear in mind you still cannot control HQserver.exe as a 'real' service. It will however allow you to start HQserver.exe without logging in.
