The purchase information (last visit, total visits, total sales) for a number of my customer records (RMS 1.3r) is incorrect, in some cases greatly so. Is there a worksheet or utility in RMS (Store Ops or HQ) that will recalcuate the total sales information and reset the last visit date?
If not, has anyone on the forum written a SQL script which will recalcuate this information based on a rollup of the Transaction and TransactionEntry tables? I can write one myself, but I'd rather not reinvent the wheel if someone else has already done this.
